Working with the client in the USA, I was tasked with creating a user-centric sitemap, UX report, and responsive wireframes for a B2C website.

The client has different product lines to showcase, with a unique challenge of not transacting on their own website, but rater pushing users to third-party websites to purchase online or in-store.

The key objectives were to:

  • Introduce the user to the brand
  • Educate about the product lines
  • Allow them to explore the product collections
  • Ensure various journey ending CTA’s are present – i.e. transactional options or data capture for marketing activities
