UX/UI consultant for a B2B & B2C website.

Working with a Worcestershire based agency, I was tasked with improving the user journey for consumers and corporate clients. Constrained by time and limited development resources my role was to recommend quick wins that could be rolled out in phase one, with a view of adopting the more in-depth recommendations later down the line.

The key objectives were to:

  • Make corporate ordering more user-centric and quicker to place orders
  • Showcase the quality of the products with improved visuals
  • Streamline the collection/delivery workflow
